Sam is a Marine Corps and Air Force veteran, a military spouse, and an adoptive father to two incredible children. He's been a renter, a buyer, and a landlord, and has personally purchased both new-construction and resale homes. He and his wife have been sight-unseen overseas military buyers, anxious buyers of a new build dealing with supply chain and permitting issues, and have also been first-time flippers living in their very own construction site… Needless to say, there’s a very strong chance that Sam has been in your shoes!

Prior to starting his career in real estate, Sam spent eight years in the financial industry: First as a Marine and DoD Certified Financial Manager, then as a Business Analyst for the City of Maricopa, Arizona. He possesses a thorough understanding of the financial impacts that come with a real estate transaction, and it’s his personal mission to help you navigate the process.
